Coronavirus is airborne now
This means that it can stay in the air for a long time up to 9 days.
It can even enter inside your MASK. This means you need to wear double masks, make it airtight and make sure there is no gap in the mask. If there is a gap, then the virus can make its way in.
If you have a corona patient at home, isolate him or her. Their food, clothes and everything else should be separate. You can talk to them via phone. Make the room ventilated with windows and fan open. More on this later.

Oximeters are available on Amazon India and you can buy them even from Australia. Simply go to Amazon India site, pay with an Australian credit card to be delivered to an Indian address. If the oxygen level is below 94% then you can consider going to the hospital. But other than that, you can treat patient at home and no need to go to hospitals.
If no hospital available, prone positions is recommended by doctors to improve oxygen level.

- Soft foods that are easy to digest are better. Keep drinking water.
- Vitamin C (orange, lemon, citrus foods) and Vitamin D are some of the most important vitamins to take during this time.
- Foods, fruits and even taking the supplement are good. A glass of milk will be good for vitamin D and sunbathing of course.

- Don’t trust information in What’s app messages. Some bad elements of society try to go viral with fake info. or hoax. Apparently it gives them joy. So, verify the information with your own resources.
- talk to your friends and family for better mental health. Staying positive is important as there is direct connection between mental and physical health.
- Tell your families back in India about how to be safe but other than that, avoid negative talks and ask them not to watch too much news. Instead, watch something positive, entertaining, joyful content or read a book.
- Doing regular Yoga, eating healthy is important to keep the immune system healthy.
Mood- Boost
There is a link between physical and mental health. One thing you can do to improve your condition is to improve your mood. Talk to friends, family, watch your favourite shows on TV comedy shows to enhance your mood.
